What is 'psychodynamic counselling'?
Psychodynamic counselling allows us to delve deeper into underlying issues, gain insight into recurring patterns and create the right conditions for you to flourish. It provides an opportunity to consider how unconscious attitudes may be influencing your decision making and behaviour, leading to unintended consequences for you and the people you care about.
What issues is psychodynamic counselling good for?
Psychodynamic counselling is an effective treatment for common mental health concerns including low or changeable mood, stress, anxiety and depression, as well as more complex conditions including bi-polar disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, up to and including deliberate self harm and suicidal ideation thoughts and feelings.

I'm a 5 minute walk from Orford Road, 10 minutes from Wood Street and 15 minutes from Walthamstow Central. Buses stop on nearby Lea Bridge Road.
Please note my office is on the first floor and there is no waiting room or public toilet onsite.
